4. Dashboard Creation and Sharing
Streamatrix allows users to create “dashboards” by entering URLs for live streams (Kick, Twitch, YouTube, etc.).
When you save a dashboard, we generate a unique code and corresponding shareable link (e.g., /watch/abc123...). Anyone with that link can view the streams you have configured.
You retain all rights to the stream URLs you submit. We only store them on your behalf for display and sharing purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (design, graphics, logos, text, code) is owned by Streamatrix or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Website’s proprietary content without our express written permission.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit any user-generated content (stream links, dashboard data) you upload, solely to provide the Service.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Website, you consent to our data practices outlined in that policy.
7. Third-Party Services
Streamatrix embeds streams from third-party platforms (Kick, Twitch, YouTube). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability or any content they display.
By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that Streamatrix is not liable for interruptions or errors caused by third-party platforms.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Website and all services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service meets your requirements.
In no event shall Streamatrix, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Website. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to use the Service during the prior 12 months.
